Account Deletion
Learn how to permanently delete your Sanki account and data.
Data Deletion Policy
We respect your right to be forgotten. When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove your account and all associated data (including flashcards, progress, and profile information) from our servers. This action is irreversible.
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is through the app itself. This process is instant.
- Open the Sanki app on your device.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap on the Settings icon (gear icon).
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice in the popup dialog.
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app or have uninstalled it, you can request manual deletion via email. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Send your request to:
sanki.app.contact@gmail.com* Please send the email from the same address associated with your Sanki account so we can verify ownership. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
